This Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is based on traditional texts such as Hatha Yoga Pradeepika, Gheranda Samhita and Shiva Samhita. 

The practice & philosophy of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training covers all the major dimensions of Hatha Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.

Starting & Ending of the Training

• The course begins on 3  February 2024 at 6.30 PM.
• The first-morning practice will be on 4  February 2024 at 6:00 AM.
• The course ends on 28  February  2024 at 10.00 AM.
